Optimal Process Solutions (OPS) provides consulting services to establish efficient and scalable operational processes and workflows.

Most organizations don’t have the resources or time to step out of their day-to-day operations and evaluate how work is getting done.  As businesses grow, work complexity increases, and the existing workflow will likely be altered on-the-fly to accommodate additional volume and new requirements.  As a result, business-critical systems may be modified and pushed beyond their intended purpose in order to get vital work completed. Turnaround times can start to creep up, putting deadlines in jeopardy.   When mistakes are invariably made, double-checks are often added – further extending the process time.   What was once a simple, straightforward workflow can quickly either spin out of control or come to a grinding halt.

A recommendation is compiled which may include process reengineering, systems integration, staffing suggestions, and outsourcing options.  An implementation timeline and methods to monitor and measure success may also be included.
